arrived in the PI in Jul 58. I met my future wife Marie on 9 Jul
59 at a Filipino friends birthday party. She had just arrived in
Angeles from Tacloban City, Leyte. We were married in Angeles
City on 12 Dec 60. This coming Dec 2002 will mark our 42nd
wedding anniversary.

I arrived in
the PI in March, 1974 as an A1C assigned to 374FMS Propulsion
Branch.. A few weeks later I was introduced by a fellow airman,
to the lady that would eventually become my wife. On August 17th,
1974 at Holy Rosary Church in Angeles City, Jonathon Wayne Carter
and Meriel Reyes Enriquez exchanged wedding vows. On
August 2004, we will be celebrating our 30th anniversary
together.
